Overview

We're seeking an experienced Celonis CoE Lead to establish and lead our Celonis Center of Excellence. The successful candidate will develop and implement a strategic roadmap for Celonis adoption, ensure optimal usage, and drive process excellence across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and execute Celonis CoE strategy, aligning with organizational goals.

Lead Celonis implementation, configuration, maintenance, and vendor management.

Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, IT, and process owners.

Establish governance, standards, best practices, and data quality.

Conduct training, workshops, and community engagement.

Monitor adoption, usage, ROI, and business impact.

Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.

Collaborate globally to share knowledge and best practices.

Lead CoE planning, establishment, and scaling.

Manage budget, value realization, and innovation initiatives.

Detailed Responsibilities

Drive business process transformation and execution improvements.

Align with Executive Sponsors on targets, KPIs, and strategic direction.

Collaborate across business units to identify inefficiencies.

Generate demand with Business Process Owners.

Prioritize projects based on business value.

Build and manage Data Analyst, Data Engineer, and other roles.

Define and manage CoE offerings, portfolio, and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in process excellence, business intelligence, or equivalent.

More than 3 years of experience in deploying Process Mining in complex global environments, ideally as a CoE lead.

Proven expertise in Celonis or similar process mining tools.

Strong understanding of business processes, analytics, and digital transformation.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to drive change and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice To Have

Certification in Celonis or process mining.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Knowledge of data science concepts.
