The opportunity is with a private equity-backed commercial roofing operator who is focused on both organic growth and growth through partnerships with similar high quality and like-minded commercial roofing businesses.
In this role, you would be playing a pivotal role, by leading, collaborating and formulating the overall strategy.
Your Role
Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish assigned goals.
Oversee the development of project scopes, objectives and communication, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Develop, create, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues.
Delegate responsibilities to team members and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation, including overall staffing needs.
Measure project performance utilizing appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Provide leadership for the team by building and motivating team members to meet key performance indicators (KPI).
Perform all work in strict accordance with scope, directions, specifications and OSHA rules, regulations and company policies.
