We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Litigation Attorney
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and financial legal matters, with a proven track record of success. You will work closely with clients, providing counsel on complex litigation issues, financial transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of litigation matters, overseeing cases from discovery through to resolution.
Draft various legal documents, including motions and briefs.
Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and actively participate in trial and mediation proceedings.
Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams to develop strong cases.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, with 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
