This role may involve being an architect, engineer, designer, and developer supporting Legal technology solutions. Participates in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software applications. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from a manager or other leads. Typically requires 10 years of experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Project:They have 12 different applications that the team supports. There is 1 main application that is the bread and butter. It is an e-discovery tool where people can look at lawsuits/legal needs for current employees/former employees. This application is constantly relied on, and if it ever went down there would be a million-dollar lawsuit. So the work isn't going anywhere. The customer's e-Discovery capabilities need to transform at the same pace as enterprise platforms; eDiscovery is the process by which Legal identifies, preserves, and collects data to comply with legal hold requirements. The goal of this work will be to ensure that our eDiscovery capabilities can support the new enterprise productivity tools in 2023, e.g., Office 365, Chrome, Enhanced Mailbox, chat, and text messaging.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
