to apply and search by the Job Posting Title.Job Summary:The Regional Airport Manager leads and supports a team of Business Operations Managers within a portfolio of airports in their efforts in achieving high levels of sales and operational excellence. They will also directly manage airport(s) within their region. They will implement and support best practices amongst assigned Business Operations Managers as well serve as a go-to when and where advice, guidance, and collaboration are needed to ensure maximum performance of respective airports within their portfolio.Job ResponsibilitiesSupports Airport Business Operations Managers (BOM) in achieving budgeted revenue targets for their portfolios.Implements targeted, customer-centric initiatives that drive revenue growth by leveraging appropriate resources and partnering with key stakeholders.Drives for revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually through revenue reporting, projections, and sales activity tracking.Implements best practices regarding sales, marketing, and operational SOE objectives for respective airports within the assigned portfolio.Creates a forum for assigned Airport BOMs team to regularly communicate and address issues as well as share learnings around evergreen growth opportunities.Serves as a sounding board, elevation point, and communication liaison for challenges and issues within the team and associated portfolio to Director, VP, and Senior Management Team (SMT).Assists Airport BOMs in developing near and long-term comprehensive business plans geared towards achieving quarterly and annual qualitative and quantitative objectives.Works closely with all departments to drive and support portfolio revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually, and assists with revenue projections and forecasts.Works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue management, driving and supporting market-specific as well as portfolio program development and implementation, as well as inventory packaging and pricing to drive revenues and achieve business objectives.Coordinates with Director, VP, and other Regional Managers to create consistent presentations of marketplace insights to generate new opportunities while helping grow share with the existing customer base within the portfolio.Engages with National, Local, and Import organizations as well as their supporting teams to develop impactful and effective marketing resources.Works with Senior Management, Airport BOMs, Sales, Development, and Operations staff in a multi-market region to set targets and standards for revenues, productivity, safety, costs, airport contract compliance, rate and occupancy, inventory control, and purchasing.Implements enterprise-wide changes in policies, practices, methods, applications, tools, and other standardization initiatives.Fosters positive higher-level partnerships with airports and other stakeholders such as airlines and airport concessions to enhance revenue opportunities.Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.Job QualificationsEducation and CertificationsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.Work Experience5+ years of leadership in sales, marketing, development, properties, and/or project management with specific accomplishments in strategic roles (i.e., empowering and supporting sales teams, building and/or managing client relationships with all levels of an organization, driving cultural change).SkillsA strong sales and service mindset - exceptional people management and team performance experience.Knowledge of media and advertising industry, business cycles, and key revenue and expense drivers. Deep and broad business acumen with strong analytical, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills focused on achieving business results.Able to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.Demonstrated experience with sales organizations, including experience building and developing teams.Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations and leading meetings.Ability to identify the root cause of issues and quickly work to resolve them.Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).CompetenciesBusiness Perspective:
