Regional Director of Operations – Skilled Nursing Facilities

If so, we want you to join our team as the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) overseeing our skilled nursing facilities in Maryland!
What You’ll Do:
Oversee the operational management of multiple long-term care facilities.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations at all facilities.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
Develop and implement policies that enhance care quality and operational efficiency.
Mentor and manage facility Administrators, driving them to achieve organizational goals.
Lead regular facility visits to review operations, staffing, and resident care.
Oversee budget planning and financial oversight across all locations.
Assist with survey readiness and action plans for underperforming facilities.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a regional support role overseeing multiple locations.
Proven success in driving operational excellence in skilled nursing or long-term care.
A degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
(preferred) , but will consider candidates with the right experience.
Must possess a valid Nursing Home Administrator’s License in the state of Maryland.
In-depth knowledge of the survey process, survey tags, and quality measures.
Specific Skills Needed:
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and guidelines governing personnel administration.
Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and interpret financial reports.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of computer systems and office equipment.
