As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will define, own and drive technical programs that span multiple engineering/science teams and organizational boundaries. You will partner with product management and technical leadership to identify company-wide opportunities to drive LLM inference projects across multiple dimensions. You will help identify new areas of investment and work to align other group's engineering roadmaps to deliver on these opportunities and optimize delivery outcomes. As a technical leader, you will influence strategy and outcomes across different Amazon organizations.This role is inherently cross-functional and requires a strong ability to communicate, influence and earn the trust of software engineers, technical and business leadership.Basic Qualifications
5+ years of technical product or program management experience3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience3+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experienceExperience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPreferred Qualifications
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experienceExperience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedulesExperience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadershipAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
