We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our Executive Leadership team, bringing a forward-thinking approach to lead our HR Division.
Position Overview:The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a vital executive team member, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with EPG’s mission, vision, and strategic business goals. Reporting to the EVP, the CHRO will directly supervise the directors of HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Education, Training, and Development, as well as the HR Division Associate.
This role requires an entrepreneurial leader with a strong grasp of strategic HR planning and organizational growth initiatives. The CHRO will champion the HR Division’s work across three key departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and alignment with EPG’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Division Leadership:
Oversee the HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Education, Training, and Development departments. Drive an HR strategy that aligns with EPG’s business plan and strategic goals.
Strategic Collaboration:
Work closely with the Executive Leadership team to develop change management and growth initiatives. Act as a strategic advisor on HR-related issues that impact organizational direction and culture.
Talent Management and Development:
Lead efforts in staff recruitment, retention, and professional development to cultivate a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Workplace Culture:
Promote a positive, mission-driven culture that upholds EPG’s core values and supports an inclusive, productive workplace.
Employee Experience and Engagement:
Oversee initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and performance, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels.
Compensation and Compliance:
Develop and oversee competitive compensation programs and ensure adherence to employment laws and HR best practices.
