Cloud Product Manager
(aka The Cloud Innovator) to own and guide the product lifecycle, ensuring that cloud solutions align with business objectives and market trends. As the Cloud Product Manager at
our client , you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketing experts, to define product requirements, create roadmaps, and oversee the launch of cloud-based products. Your work will be instrumental in delivering products that are scalable, secure, and tailored to client needs, solidifying the company’s position as a leader in cloud innovation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Cloud Product Strategy: Define the strategic vision for cloud products and create product roadmaps that align with business goals. You’ll prioritize features based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business impact. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with engineers, UX/UI designers, and marketing teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and launch plans. You’ll ensure that the product development process is efficient and focused on user-centric outcomes. Manage the Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring that cloud products are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You’ll track product performance and manage iterations based on customer feedback and analytics. Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in cloud computing. You’ll use these insights to inform product development and maintain the product’s competitive edge. Define Product Metrics and Success Criteria: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate product performance. You’ll analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize product features for better user engagement and business outcomes. Advocate for the User Experience: Ensure that product design and functionality align with user needs and expectations. You’ll gather and incorporate user feedback to enhance product usability and satisfaction. Support Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to create and execute effective go-to-market strategies. You’ll contribute to the development of marketing materials, user documentation, and training resources. Required Skills: Product Management Expertise:
Strong background in product management, particularly in cloud computing or SaaS environments. You have experience overseeing product roadmaps, defining requirements, and managing product lifecycles. Cloud Technology Knowledge:
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-native technologies, such as container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and serverless architectures. You understand how these technologies contribute to scalable solutions. Strategic Vision and Market Insight:
Ability to develop and articulate a product strategy that aligns with company goals and market trends. You can anticipate customer needs and respond with innovative solutions. Collaboration and Communication:
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. You’re skilled at leading collaborative efforts and aligning stakeholders. Data-Driven Decision Making:
Experience using analytics tools and data-driven insights to inform product decisions and track performance. You’re adept at translating data into actionable product improvements. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
Equivalent experience in product management or cloud technologies may be considered. Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Product Manager) or product management methodologies (e.g., AIPMM) are advantageous. Experience Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product management,
with at least
