In addition, we offer:Annual education allowance of up to $1,000Referral programResidential housing discount after 1 year of continuous employmentFriends and family rates for our Hotel Properties throughout the companyWhat You Will Do:Provides strategic leadership to the Property Management team and promotes reasonable career paths associated with the property management professionalEstablishes a strong partnership with key local and business line stakeholdersLiaises with Tenant Improvement, Leasing, Accounting and the Operational teamsDevelops a working knowledge of resources including marketing, research, technology, and core best practicesCreates consistent standard operating procedures for all sites to followManages and tracks budget variances and ensures a smooth recovery processWorks to provide the most robust property management platform in the industry focused on efficiency and standardizationOversees capital expenditures within the portfolio creating fiscal responsibility for all sitesResponsible for operationalizing key decisions through an effective communication strategy and flawless project management, execution, and expertiseWork closely with the energy management team and implement energy conservation projects where neededConducts regular status and strategy meetings to better understand needs, ensure a high level of execution and satisfaction for all services performedAligns the service delivery model to meet and exceed asset/portfolio performance objectivesImplement new customer/tenant relations policies or procedures to ensure the highest level of current and future satisfactionFosters a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and trust locally, regionally, and nationallyDelivers business priorities through operational excellence, process improvement, and nimble decision making with a focus on realizing operating leverage and cost efficienciesNavigates the seam between national business line and local market accountability relying on strong internal relationships and collaborationWhat You Will Bring:5 years of Director experience in commercial property management (office focus)Entrepreneurial approach to understanding tenant needs and a proven problem solverComprehensive understanding of marketing, negotiating, legal, environmental and construction as related to consummating commercial property leasesStrong knowledge of commercial real estate market in Los Angeles and greater Southern CaliforniaKnowledge and understanding of the tenant improvement processAbility to handle multiple tasks.
