Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Talent Development Specialist job in Irvine, CA. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity. Responsibilities for this Talent Development Specialist job include:
Conduct job readiness and job search workshops to motivate participants and help them develop skills so they can get back into the workforce.
Develop and prepare training materials and lesson plans
Provide counseling, job coaching, and job search assistance
Works with Case Managers to facilitate job search and maximize retention for each client
Other related duties
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent related job experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Windows, Outlook)
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, must have a high level of providing customer service
Pay rate is $ 22.00/HR
The schedule is typically Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM but would like flexibility.

Pay Details: $22.01 per hour
