How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Principal Agile Coach, you will guide and empower teams to adopt and excel in Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. Reporting to senior leadership, you will work closely with Agile and Engineering leaders to implement Agility goals and help teams select and maintain suitable frameworks that align with their objectives. This role is ideal for top candidates looking to make a significant impact, as your leadership will be pivotal in scaling agility and adapting to dynamic environments.
What You’ll Achieve
Key Performance Objectives: Lead initiatives to implement Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, ensuring teams effectively adopt best practices. Facilitate purpose-driven Agile events, including quarterly release planning and product planning activities.
Skills Development: Mentor Product leads and teams in Portfolio Management and flow metrics, enhancing their capabilities while identifying areas for continuous improvement and developing actionable coaching plans.
Exciting Projects: Analyze data for trends to guide Scrum Masters in enhancing team performance, utilizing enterprise Agile workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Structure, Easy BI) for effective tracking and reporting.
Career Growth Opportunities: Play a key role in transforming teams and shaping Agile practices within the organization, with ample opportunities for professional development and community engagement.
Who You Are:
What you’ll bring with you:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 12+ years of overall experience.
6-8+ years as an Enterprise Agile Coach with experience in matrixed teams.
Proven track record as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with successful team transformations.
Excellent communication skills to convey Agile concepts at all organizational levels.
Ability to blend various Agile frameworks and technical practices for effective coaching.
Proficiency in enterprise Agile tools and communication software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel).

Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
