Franchise Law Attorney
with substantial experience to join a respected law firm’s Business Practice. This partner-level role provides the opportunity to work with top franchise clients across diverse industry sectors and oversee complex franchise agreements, compliance, and disputes.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent franchisors, franchisees, and manufacturers in licensing and franchise mattersPrepare offering documentation, including franchise disclosure documents and registrationsDraft franchise agreements and address franchise relationship issuesAdvise on regulatory compliance and respond to governmental inquiriesQualificationsJD from an ABA-accredited law school
and license to practice law7+ years
of experience in franchise law, handling franchise agreements, offering documentation, and compliance mattersEstablished book of business required (partial or full)Strong academic background with excellent analytical and writing skillsClient-centered approach with exceptional communication skillsAbility to manage responsibilities independently and as part of a diverse teamCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range : $200,000 - $325,000 annually (based on experience and location)Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer contributions, disability and life insurance, parental leave, commuter allowance, billable credit hours for DEI and pro bono work, annual bonus, and more.
