Responsible for the management of the quality assurance programs and oversight of compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR's) in support of all maintenance operations.Ensure that all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and other mandatory service instructions per manufacturer are complied with and documented.Manage the quality assurance program for aircraft repair activities, as well as the scheduled and unscheduled inspection programs.Perform audits on aircraft logbooks to ensure proper compliance with FARs, ADs, and other mandatory service instructions/bulletins.Maintain and keep current all manufacturers technical service documentation and maintenance procedures to ensure the airworthiness of company aircraft.Act as Chief Inspector for MHIs FAR Part 145 Repair Station.Manage mechanics training program.Supervise aircraft inspectors, certificated mechanics, and non-certificated mechanics on matters relating to quality assurance and inspections.Assist Director of Maintenance in the director's absence.Basic medical, dental, vision, 401K, etc., also ID90 reduced (up to 90%) airlines fares.
