SDRs are our small business clients' first impression of Levitate and the crucial first point of connection where we identify opportunities to elevate and transform clients' outreach strategies.

Our SDRs are hungry for success, eager to learn, and heavily supported through hands-on training as they grow into Account Executives (AE) through our accelerated promotion plan. We pride ourselves on preparing our SDRs for promotion to an AE role within a timeframe of 6-9 months–and our AE organization contains a structured, intuitive career path for employees to grow through.
