Job Duties:
This position would track/trend and ensure proper investigation, associated corrective/preventive action(s), as well as verification activities that could stem from customer complaints, internal/external audit findings, failed product testing of any kind, deviations from Hollandia policies and procedures, or any adverse trends noted in any area relating to production, food safety, or quality.
Tracking/trending of data collected.
Working with and leading cross functional teams to find true root cause(s), as well as appropriate corrective/preventive action(s)
Continuous Improvement
Manage SQF Practitioners and system
Ensures timely and appropriate response to customer complaints.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills Needed : Must have a
Bachelor of Science Degree ;
2+ years of Quality or CAPA Experience. SQF Practitioner, PCQI, CAPA Training is a plus, but not required . Must be able to complete certifications within 3 months.
Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word . Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is continuously required to stand, talk and hear; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; frequently required to walk, sit, climb or balance;
continuously required to lift/push/pull up to 25lbs,
occasionally required to lift/push/pull 50lbs.; specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to focus.
