Overview
As a Freelance Analyst, you will analyze campaign and website data to support key client marketing initiatives. The goal of this role is to provide internal and external teams with information aimed at improving current and future initiatives. Success for this temporary position is measured by the ability to perform advanced analysis on diverse data sets, and synthesize insights into clear, incisive insights and recommendations that drive business results.
This role is expected to run approximately from mid September to mid January.
Responsibilities
3+ years of professional experience in a quantitative role, with extensive experience analyzing large sets of data to produce actionable insights.
Learn how to build strategic frameworks and develop a deep understanding of industry, company, and consumer content engagement drivers to conduct performance optimization analysis.
Ability to consistently deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to work to tight deadlines. Extremely well-organized and capable of handling multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously.
Excellent presentation and visual storytelling skills.
Construct executive level presentations to communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to inform key decisions.
Qualifications
An ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a quantitative discipline. A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (economics, business, statistics, etc.) is required.
An excellent understanding of Statistics and a high comfort level with quantitative analysis.
A deep knowledge of Excel. (VLookup, IF statements, and Visual Basic)
Ability to translate complicated analysis into plain language, both in speaking, writing, and visually (Microsoft PowerPoint & Google Slides).
A self-starter that can communicate effectively at all levels as well as work independently.
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Google CM360, Innovid, Google Analytics 360 / GA4, or Adobe Analytics
Good presentation and visual storytelling skills.
AI Certification and Adobe Clickstream a plus.

Compensation Range: $25.24 - $40.14/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
