This role focuses on supporting stakeholders at Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital, Long Beach Medical Center and MemorialCare service lines and locations in the Southern LA County market. The role requires a strong strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of marketing trends and best practices in the healthcare industry.Act as the primary point of contact for clients and own relationships with key stakeholders from Long Beach Medical Center and Miller Children’s & Women’s HospitalTake ownership and serve as the subject matter expert in marketing strategy in the Southern LA County market driving growth, brand presence, and measurable resultsDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with MemorialCare's overall goals and objectives in Southern LA County marketCollaborate closely with the marketing and communications teams and agency partners to activate plans, and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channelsLead the planning and execution of marketing events to promote MemorialCare's services and brand in the Southern LA County marketQuarterback the brand, ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints in the Southern LA County marketCreate and maintain patient journey maps to optimize the customer experienceImplement Voice of Customer initiatives to gather and analyze customer feedbackOwn content creation and management, developing compelling narratives that resonate with target audiencesConduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the Southern LA County marketAnalyze data and insights to drive marketing strategy and optimize campaign performanceStay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks in the Southern LA County marketMentor and provide guidance to the marketing team, fostering professional developmentManage budget for areas of responsibility and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
