As a Senior Data Scientist for our team, you'll leverage your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning to create large-scale, personalized recommendation models for our omni-channel retail platform, focusing on exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs). Utilize machine learning technologies such as Java, Python, Pyspark, Tensorflow, and PyTorch to design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable applications for personalized recommendations.Apply knowledge of data analysis methods and techniques, such as dimensionality reduction, predictive modeling, and text mining, to perform feature engineering.Develop robust machine learning models using structured and unstructured data sets and advanced algorithms, including Neural Networks, Regression Models, and Gradient Boosting Algorithms.Stay abreast of and explore new technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), deep learning, and reinforcement learning for potential application in our systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and implement data-driven solutions, continuously improving our personalization and recommendation capabilities.What You'll Bring

Deep Understanding of Machine Learning and AI:

The candidate should possess a robust understanding of various machine learning algorithms, artificial intelligence, and deep learning techniques. This includes but is not limited to neural networks, regression models, gradient boosting algorithms, reinforcement learning, and large language models.Proficiency in Programming and Data Analysis:

The candidate should be highly proficient in languages such as Java, Python, Pyspark, and have experience with machine learning frameworks like Tensorflow and PyTorch.Experience in Large Scale Applied ML Model Building:

The candidate should have a prior track record of successfully building, deploying, and maintaining large-scale machine learning models in a production environment.Innovation and Problem-Solving Skills:

The candidate should have the ability to innovate and solve complex problems, adapting to new technologies quickly.Minimum Qualifications

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 year of experience in an analytics related field.5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.Preferred Qualifications
