If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for covering the trade desk and executing trades placed on behalf of clients.Conduct portfolio analysis on client accounts to identify and recommend trades to bring portfolio into alignment with target allocations.Manage existing trading programs, including: DCA schedules, treasury rolling, put-selling, cash management, and managing model portfolios.Maintain investment models within trading rebalancer in alignment with Investment Committee direction.Perform ongoing trade review and reconciliation of all trades.Communicate with investment managers on separately managed accounts (SMAs).Onboard new client relationships into portfolio reporting system, including: target allocation, client profile attributes, and importing outside assets.Perform ongoing maintenance in portfolio reporting system and trading rebalancer to ensure accurate client profile attributes and target allocations.Generate performance reporting and investment committee materials.Process enhancement and optimization for current trading functions.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree from an accredited university required, preferably in Finance.Exceptional analytical skills with significant knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas and functions required to manage and audit large data sets.Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Set high quality standards and strive for continuous improvement and quality assurance.Passion for problem-solving both individually and as part of a team.Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate with clients, advisors, and other team members.Interest in financial markets, investments and investment strategies, and wealth management.Physical RequirementsThis position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
