The Opportunity:As a Contracts Management Professional, you're eager to support both sides of the acquisition and contracts life cycle in your clients' missions. We're looking for someone like you to be a liaison with the government. Bring your passion to support research and development, prototyping, and
sof tware development pre- and post-award contract processes and help shape the future capabilities that defend our nation.As a Federal Acquisition Management Professional at Booz Allen, you'll work with our defense clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of all they need for optimal end strength and ensuring that their mission is our mission. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on our country's defense acquisition and contract processes.On our team, you'll manage pre-award contract administration for the program office, analyze requirements, and support the drafting of acquisition documentation, such as Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, Justification and Approvals, Performance Work Statements, and Contract Line-Item Number structures. You will also advise on emergent post-award contractual issues, and track pending and active contract actions. You will be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents. You'll grow your acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and
policy
updates impacting each project's success. From working with your team to building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you'll work to deliver meaningful contract support.Join us. The world can't wait.You Have:1+ years of experience in DoD contract management or contract administration
Experience with drafting pre-award acquisition documents and post-award contract management documents, including Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, Statements of Work, RFP packages, contract modifications, or te chn ical instructions
Experience with navigating and using the Federal Acquisition Regulation
( FAR )
and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations System
( DFARS )
Knowledge of contract concepts and contract acquisition laws and regulations
Ability to independently draft all pre-award documentation for a Request for Proposal package
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:Experience as a FAR COR II, Contracting Officer, or Contract Spe cia list
Experience with supporting the Navy
Experience in Agile contracting
Certified Federal Contracts Manager
( CFCM )

The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
