Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions (AMATS) Is Looking for a Vice President - Tax Insurance BrokingAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by supporting the tax insurance efforts of Aon across North America.This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work both virtually and from our New York City, San Francisco, Chicago or Houston offices.Your Impact as a Tax Insurance BrokerAon is seeking candidates for the position of Tax Insurance Broker. Aon is the leading broker of tax insurance in North America. The tax team is part of Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions and is staffed primarily by former practicing tax lawyers.Tax insurance is actively used to facilitate M&A transactions, tax credit investments and as a corporate risk management tool. However, a significant opportunity exists to broaden the use of tax insurance throughout the U.S. and North American region. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and highly motivated to contribute to the growth of this in-demand and fast-growing business.The Tax Insurance Broker position is commensurate with the growth of Aon's tax insurance business. As part of a candidate's duties, they will assist Aon colleagues to drive increased use of tax insurance with existing Aon clients and prospects and prospects new to Aon. Ideal candidates will be mid-level to senior tax lawyers with significant professional expertise and an established professional network as well as client facing experience delivering tax-related services.The position will be at the VP level. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
