Position: Program Coordinator I - Anesthesia Department
Under direct supervision, this role involves coordinating all activities and functions of the Anesthesia Department to ensure that goals and objectives are met in alignment with established priorities, timelines, funding constraints, and other specifications. Responsibilities:
Coordinates lectures, workshops, and other activities for the Pediatric Anesthesia Clinical and Research Internship (PACaRI) and Science Technology Education and Healthcare Career Programs. Engages with students from both program and supports the Program Director. Manages front desk responsibilities for the Perioperative Anesthesia Division. Supports administrative operations as needed; helps to schedule meetings, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and routing people appropriately. Prepares or assists in creating periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status, and other special reports for management and external agencies. Assists in planning workshops, meetings, or conferences, coordinating logistics, scheduling, and participant communications. Maintains liaison with staff, faculty, and external/community agencies to support program objectives. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Hybrid Qualifications:
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy in challenging interpersonal situations. Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external constituencies. Benefits:
