In this remote role, you will own and drive the recruiting process from end-to-end. You will work closely with our hiring managers to partner and develop strategies to find top performing candidates for our Sales organization across the Americas and LATAM. Manage the full recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacyUse direct sourcing techniques to build a strong network of passive candidates within critical skillCold call, network, and generate leads from your own networkStrategize ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaignsUse the full spectrum of staffing methodologies, including search, research, internet sourcing, and candidate developmentDrive the offer process, partnering with hiring managers, Compensation, HR, and Orientation teamsEnsure a positive candidate experience while identifying candidate risks, proactively moving candidates thru the recruiting process, driving hiring managers to a decision, and negotiating offersUpdate, input, and maintain accurate documentation, tracking, and status of candidate records in the applicant tracking systemConduct various research projects and prepare recruiting reports as neededWhat you’ll bring:
5+ years of progressive sales recruiting experience with an in-house recruiting team, preferably from a SaaS companyPassionate about Infoblox products and able to speak to our technology/industryAdvanced proficiency in the use of office systems, personal computers, tickler systems, applicant tracking systems, and internet search techniquesSolid problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-driven environmentExperience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring processGood eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit and a sound sourcing approach with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill rolesSharp interview skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualitiesSolid high-tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, and open-source communitiesExcellent consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, as well as externallyBA PreferredWhat success looks like:
