Expected salary range of $94,500 to $105,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

A Senior Business Analyst, DEI that supports research and data tracking and analysis needed to drive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Workforce Development (WFD) Center of Excellence (COE) goals and outcomes. The primary purpose of this position is to compile and analyze data; develop periodic reports and process ad hoc reporting requests; handle billing; create, maintain and updated metrics; research issues associated with DEI and WFD impact and efforts.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Serves as a research and metrics tracking lead within DEI and Workforce Development COE team.

Take a lead role in the reporting and analysis of employee data to support the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion mission and plan, representation statistics, and benchmarking.

Appropriately manage the monthly, quarterly and annual executive reports required to support the plan.

Manage the Affirmative Action Planning process with support from DEI Program Manager.

Responsible for DEI and WFD COE metrics gathering and collection including DEI delivered trainings, association engagement and impact, nuclear local site investment metrics, scholar conversions, and workforce development enterprise initiatives such as Powering Change.

Research and recommend best practices to meet DEI strategic goals and company needs.

Develop and implement feedback and effectiveness measurement mechanism(s) to ensure program impact and depth of adoption.

Manage data requests and licensing for Commercial contracts.

Recommend improvements and areas of opportunity using a data-driven approach to help deliver impact within our underserved communities.

Coordinate business aspects and processes of vendor payments and budget processes which include, but not limited to, channel oversight, reporting, scheduling, auditing, enhancements, and resolution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

4-year degree and minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a 4-year degree.

Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and insights from large sets of data.

Expert level use of Microsoft Excel (Including advanced features and Techniques) and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Experience with data exploration / data visualization tools like Splash BI and Power BI.

Understanding of business value drivers and corresponding business impact.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with internal and external customers.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Expertise in Oracle and other financial systems.

Knowledge of contract management and/or Passport supply system.

Strong Excel skills such as building lookup tables, pivot tables, etc. that results in a clear summary report to management on business performance.
