Working in their technical support center - supporting a number of merchants with set up fortheir payment processing software/devices (Point of Sale Systems)
Gateways - do installs, troubleshooting on different devices, will go through a variety of tactics to resolve any issues.
This team sets up, installs, and resolves terminals for all new merchants - this is a really critical part of their merchant onboarding process so customer service / sales mentality is really crucial.
Not a heavy inbound call center environment but will be on phones
Will work tickets through zen desk between calls
Tickets will cover:
Shipping confirmations, helping set up their new terminals, troubleshooting a broken terminal and working closely with the merchants to make sure all of their problems are resolved.
This position will be working in a que/ticketing system and the calls could be as short as 5min or upwards of an hour to help resolve any issues with the merchant.
Qualifications:
min 1 year customer service in professional setting
min 1 year some form of Technical Troubleshooting
Strong computer proficiency -- including Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook, etc.
focus on tech support and processing experience, not just IT / helpdesk
Experience Level:
Entry Level
