We are looking for a dynamic Vice President, Brand & Customer Experience (CX) to lead the implementation of our brand’s identity, establish brand management, drive engagement, and foster a customer-centric culture. This pivotal role requires a proven track record in building brand equity, establishing voice-of-customer programs, and leading teams to achieve measurable results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances brand perception.
Brand Architecture and Product Mix: Oversee the brand architecture, product mix, and inventory to meet market demands and support the brand strategy.
Brand Campaigns: Plan and execute brand campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer retention, and support business objectives.
CX Strategy Development & Long-Term Engagement: Establish a strategy that delivers measurable impact, aligns with the company’s vision, and fosters long-term customer engagement and loyalty.
Customer-Centric Culture: Promote a customer-centric culture across the organization, ensuring customer needs and feedback are captured systematically, reported, and improved upon.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CX initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with key stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment of Brand and CX strategies with business objectives. Work closely with data and operations teams to leverage brand perception and customer insights for strategic decision-making.
Support Marketing Initiatives: Support the broader marketing team by developing a coordinated Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and Brand/CX calendar with key initiatives and quarterly planning.
Hands-on Leadership: Be a hands-on leader willing to dive into details and work alongside teammates to achieve goals.
Reporting and Measurement: Define and track reporting dashboards to measure success against Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience including global brand strategy and management is required.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful customer experience strategies.
Motivational team leader with experience building and scaling high-functioning teams.
Deep understanding of market analysis, competitor analysis, and market segmentation.
Proficiency in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, AI for content development, and Dynamics 365 CRM is preferred.

Salary Range: $165,000.00 - $180,000.00 depending on experience
Pay Range$150,000.00 - $165,000.00 Annual
