As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for motivating, educating, and providing excellent treatment to our patients, while also assisting with diagnostic and preventive care. Schedule:1 - 2 days per weekResponsibilities:Welcome and seat patients cheerfullyPrepare and set up treatment rooms for hygiene proceduresUpdate patients' health history and provide oral hygiene educationPerform scaling, root planning, and fluoride applicationIdentify periodontal and restorative issues; facilitate dentist's treatment recommendationsCapture and interpret x-raysConduct head, neck, and oral cancer examsEducate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive measuresSchedule appropriate follow-up appointmentsMaintain a clean and organized dental labAdhere to safety and OSHA guidelines as well as office standardsOccasionally travel to participate in continuing education or seminarsRequirements:Associate degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene programMA state hygiene licenseCPR certification1-year dental experience is preferred - new graduates are welcomed!Certification in anesthesia, preferred if applicableInterview Process:1 phone interview1 in-person interviewIf you prefer, working interviewReady to make a positive impact on patient care?
