Pay Range: $93,000 (min), $127,000

Sign on bonus: 3.5% of annual salary*FULL RELOCATION PACKAGE*

Requirements:

Master of Occupational Therapy Degree2 years of experience in occupational therapy evaluation, diagnosis, and treatmentExperience with computerized management information systemsLicensed as an Occupational Therapist in Alaska, or obtained within three (3) months of hireCPR and AED certificationPlusses:

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for un'ina (customer) assessment; evaluation; diagnosis, in consultation with the provider; plan of care; and evidence based intervention. The OT will assist un'ina who have an injury, illness, or de-conditioned state to improve their quality of life, manage their pain, and contribute to their overall wellness.

Day to Day:

Provide quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results, determine plans of care in collaboration with the integrated care teamManages individualized goal-directed Occupational Therapy care through use of Occupational Therapy processes and principlesResponsible as the primary therapy provider to implement, supervise and modify therapy plans of care, based on assessment of patient responses, to optimize the outcomes for each patientDocument un'ina encounter findings and treatments including diagnoses, treatment plans, recommendations and prognosesObtain un'ina informed consent to proposed interventions including risks, benefits, and any reasonable alternativesDevelop and conduct in-service training programs for wellness and integrated care team staffInstitute procedures in compliance with accreditation standards, participate in continuous quality improvement process and customer satisfaction activitiesJob Type: Full-time
