Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial operations, including Corporate Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Corporate Cost Reporting.
Develop and implement accounting policies, large-scale accounting systems, and internal operating procedures.
Manage the preparation of the operating budget, tax returns, and financial reporting.
Supervise accounting, billing, and front-end staff.
Drive financing and capital acquisition strategies, supporting organizational growth and fiscal stability.
Qualifications:
Education:
Degree in Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
Certification:
CPA required.
Experience:
5+ years in financial systems development and corporate reporting. 5-7 years of management and supervisory experience in a healthcare-related field.
Preferred:
Experience with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or similar organization, particularly in managing finances for underserved or low-income communities.
