VF Careers .What will you do?The Employee Relations Senior Manager is responsible for managing employee relations programs and services across the various VF businesses. This role requires a strategic professional who is able to influence senior leaders on risks, themes and people development plans. Leveraging strong working relationships, quickly and efficiently mitigate conflicts, conduct complex investigations, interviewing involved parties in potential policy violations or performance concerns and implement resolutions. You deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate across HR and Legal departments to uphold laws, regulations, and requirements.Lead and develop a team of advisors and senior advisors engaged in administering employee relations programs.Develop and enhance employee relations programs to ensure compliance with company policies and practices.Ensure consistent implementation of human resource policies and procedures.Coach, guide and support advisors in their investigations and ensure a formal, consistent approach among the team to investigate and respond to employee questions, concerns and grievances.Conduct internal investigations on workplace situations based on allegations of violations of VF Code of Conduct and policies, grievances and poor performance complaints within assigned region/area.Maintain employee relations records, including through case notes and resources and ensure your team follows similar processes and guidelines.Provide employees with support and guidance to address their concerns in areas including teamwork, communication, and leadership among others.Support leaders with employee development and corrective action by providing guidance on coaching, counseling, and performance management.Provide reporting data, trends, and recommendations to aligned stakeholders.Responsible for preparing and delivering separation documents to employees leaving involuntarily.Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships in dealing with sensitive and confidential information and situations.Partner with peers including HRBPs, HRIS, payroll, business leaders, legal partners, and other subject matter experts across the organization.What do you need to succeed?The foundation skills you will need in this position are:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related fields; A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.8+ years of experience with three years of managerial experience.Strong organization and communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day guidance.Proven ability to resolve issues that are differing, but related, requiring strong analytical problem-solving experience to identify cause and develop solutions.Resourceful and communicative, with the ability to interpret and explain information to differing audiences of all levels within the organization.Strong understanding of labor and employment laws.Experience in conflict resolution, investigations protocol and practices.Location requirement: Hybrid, in office 3 days out of the week.What do we offer you?At VF, we know you expect as much from us as we do from you. $119,232.00 USD - $149,040.00 USD annually.Incentive Potential:
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
