AWS DevOps Engineer

As an AWS DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services. You will work closely with development and operations teams to automate and enhance our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability and security of our applications.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation).Automate deployment processes using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.Manage CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application and infrastructure performance.Ensure security best practices are implemented in cloud architecture.Collaborate with software development teams to support application lifecycle and deployment.Maintain documentation for cloud architecture and processes.Stay updated on AWS services and industry trends to recommend improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering, with a strong focus on AWS.Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack).Understanding of networking concepts and security protocols.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
