Job Description:

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Insightful, you will drive our growth and ability to deliver on our mission through product messaging and positioning. You will apply deep knowledge of our market and customers to shape our marketing and product strategy.

You will be crucial in explaining the complexities of our product, which is deeply integrated into HR and operational practices, to potential and current customers. You will also help enhance product messaging and positioning through content and sales enablement and coordinate all aspects of product launch communications.

Last but not least, in this position you will get a chance to be mentored by some of the world’s leaders in the marketing and product marketing space.

Responsibilities:

Develop a deep expertise of our customers' needs, challenges, and behaviors

Leverage deep knowledge of our customer's needs to refine product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies

Follow and analyze market trends to position Insightful product, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services

Partner closely with Demand and Sales to align our GTM strategy with our growth objectives, using knowledge of our buyer's journey to inform our channels and tactics

Create and test strategic hypotheses and adapt strategies based on results

Collaborate with the creative team to develop content, collateral materials, and designs

Lead and mentor a team to implement marketing strategies effectively

You are a great fit for this role if you have:

5+ years of experience across product marketing, sales and/or strategy consulting

Understanding of the needs and desires of customers and translating those learnings into product and go-to-market strategies

A track record of becoming a subject matter expert on a market and customer

Extensive experience collaborating directly with creative teams, motivating them, and providing direction

Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to combine complex content into a clear and cohesive story

Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate successfully in a dynamic environment.

Bonus points:

Working in the technology sector with exposure to HR and operations

Experience in a horizontal solution environment with deep integration into business practices

Familiarity with the challenges of remote and hybrid workspaces and how they influence product development and marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
