The Channels Product Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering the easiest, most accessible, and most trusted sales, purchasing, and full-lifecycle account management experience for commercial mining operations of all sizes. As a Channels Product Manager, you'll contribute to the strategy and longer term vision for our mining product in collaboration with cross functional partners.In Addition To The Above, You Will
Work closely with design, software, marketing, hardware operations, finance, customer support, and legal to drive the development process for purchasing and account management from concept to launch, including determining what to buy and what to build.Collaborate with design and business colleagues to understand customer pain points, gather customer insights, and conduct competitive analyses to inform product definition.Define requirements, clarify implementation details, and drive strategic, technical, and design tradeoff decisions with a cross-functional team.Effectively communicate product tradeoffs, updates, and priorities to internal stakeholders including senior leadership.You Have
8+ years of experience shipping products.Demonstrated success delivering seamless customer onboarding, sales, or e-commerce web experiences (bonus if for products involving hardware).Consistent emphasis on and empathy for customer needs.Bias to action – if it needs doing, you’re already working on it, and with the right level of scrappiness for the task.We’re working to build a more inclusive economy where our customers have equal access to opportunity, and we strive to live by these same values in building our workplace.
