Since our establishment, we have demonstrated and perfected our ability to manage the customer's needs, no matter how complex - offering exceptional service and the Precise solution.We are currently seeking a Program Manager to support our Washington, DC customer. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Program Manager will assist in the management of design, construction and post-delivery of small combatants for international customers. They will manage a team that coordinates planning, budgeting and execution.Required Experience:15+ years of program management experience, including planning, budgeting, and executing complex projects with multi-functional teams (60+ professional support staff).A minimum of 10 of the 15 years shall include experience with USN and/or partners in fleet operations or ship procurement.Expertise in preparing reports and briefings for senior executives (O-7+ level).Expertise in assignment supervision and management.Experience in Financial Management, Cost Estimating, Procurement Strategic Planning and Execution, and/or Business Management.Required Education:
Bachelor's DegreeMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
