Position Summary We're seeking a full-time Senior HR Compliance Manager for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. As a Senior HR Compliance Manager at SHEIN, you will lead and elevate our internal investigations and compliance initiatives. You will collaborate with coordinate cross-functional teams to uphold work place integrity, ensuring that employee concerns are addressed with precision and care. Your work will be pivotal in fostering a strong compliance culture across the organization. You'll drive programmatic compliance initiatives by developing action plans, enhancing governance frameworks, and sharing valuable insights with senior leaders. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating risks, bolstering our compliance culture, and steering key ethics programs. Job Responsibilities Partner cross-functionally with relevant stakeholder groups to coordinate, direct, and conduct internal investigations and strengthen organizational justice across the workplace. Monitor and manage the operation of the Integrity Helpline and other communications channels to ensure that employee questions and concerns are addressed and that incidents are appropriately assigned, investigated, and resolved in compliance with internal procedures. Maintain and enhance the operations, procedures, and processes governing compliance-directed investigations. Socialize investigation learnings with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to support remediation, control enhancement, and enhancement of compliance culture. Develop and implement action plans and governance frameworks in response to investigation, regulatory, testing or audit findings. Proactively identify areas of risk and drive solutions to enhance the compliance program and culture at SHEIN. Apply subject matter expertise and good project management discipline to all ethics and compliance initiatives including appropriate documentation, tracking and reporting. Coordinate the implementation and execution of ethics and compliance initiatives. Advise employees on compliance matters, policies, legal and compliance risks. Job Requirements 7+ years of internal investigations experience in legal, consulting, audit, or risk management. Bachelor’s degree in related field Strong understanding of global compliance, integrity, and key risk areas Extensive investigations experience in multinational or complex organizations Excellent judgement and discretion in sensitive matters Ability to work cross-functionally to manage risks and uphold Business Conduct Standards Demonstrated success in cross-functional teamwork and influencing at all levels Proficient in analyzing and communicating complex issues clearly Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills Effective communication, writing, speaking, and executive engagement Proactive in issue identification and resolution Nice to have In-house experience within a tech organization International experience Pay $119,822.00 min. - $183,500.00 max annually.
