Credence has an immediate need for a Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing Specialist with 3-5 years of work experience supporting Federal Proposal, Capture, and Marketing for our headquarters office. This role would support the company’s complex, document-intensive Federal Government proposal efforts, as well as marketing and other graphics needs. The ideal candidate would be eligible for a DOD or US Federal Clearance and is a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong graphic design background and at least one year of professional experience working on infographics and/or document desktop publishing.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior technical staff, proposal managers, writers, and marketers to brainstorm and develop sophisticated graphics for various uses, including proposal and PowerPoint infographics.Take written content or participate in brainstorming sessions to synthesize a graphic that meets the intent and vision, with limited direction.Provide support to proposal and marketing material production, such as formatting for print and electronic publication, and other production-related activities.Support company-wide marketing efforts, including career fair and conference materials, PowerPoint presentations, award submissions, brochures, etc.Maintain a library of marketing materials and graphics and manage document control of all digital multimedia materials.Support Federal Government project deliverables, including formatting, graphics, and desktop publishing for reports and award submissions.Support Federal Government proposal efforts with document annotations for document-heavy proposals, desktop publishing, formatting and beautification, and hard-copy proposal production.Ensure 508 compliance for various Government-facing materials, as required.Minimum Requirements:
US Citizenship is required.Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3-5 years of experience generating professional, complex, and sophisticated graphic designs and infographics for marketing materials, proposals, grants, or similar professional publications.Strong experience in complex desktop publishing (mainly in Word, PowerPoint, and PDF), with an ability to beautify, format, and manipulate Word and PDF documents.Strong experience with Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Illustrator) and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.Preferred interest in and experience with marketing strategy and execution.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player with a problem-solving attitude.
