$110,000-$130,000 per year plus full benefitsKey Responsibilities:Provide confidential, non-medical counseling services to patients dealing with chronic pain, helping them navigate and process their experiences.Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.Serve as the primary liaison for patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated care.Understand each patient’s support needs and interaction preferences, providing a personalized experience that helps them adhere to prescribed treatment plans.Minimum Requirements:Master’s degree
in Marriage and Family Therapy.Current licensure as
LMFT
