The Brand Ambassador for 4Front represents the company's products at retail locations and industry events, while also managing key retail accounts. This position includes sales growth responsibilities for a designated list of accounts, with the opportunity to earn commissions based on product performance. This person has the goal of increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and educating budtenders and customers.Key Responsibilities

Represent 4Front Ventures at retail stores during Vendor Days/Pop-Ups, by setting up promotional booths and engaging and educating customers.Conduct budtender training sessions to improve product knowledge and store relationships.Provide feedback on product performance to the sales team.Capture event photos for internal marketing purposes.Maintain compliance with state laws during all promotional activities.Brand Representation

Represent the brand/s in a professional manner at dispensaries, events and with product demonstrations.Develop a deep understanding of 4Front's products, values and target markets.Event and In-store Activation

Attend and host pop-up events, trade shows and other cannabis related events.Conduct in-store promotions and product sampling.Ensure proper setup and display of 4Front promotional material and product offerings.Product Knowledge

Educate consumers, retailers and staff about the 4Front brand, including strain, effects, usage methods and regulations.Collaborate with retail partners and dispensary staff to maximize brand presence and product placement.Report on customer feedback and sales opportunities.Social Media Engagement

Promote the brand through the state social media channel.Create and share engaging content, including product reviews, in-store activations, event highlights and educational posts.Track and report on promotional activations and event outcomes.Additional Sales Responsibilities

Manage assigned retail accounts and assist with product sales through direct outreach and inventory management.Meet weekly and monthly sales goals and earn commissions for exceeding targets.Report on account activities, including sales performance, customer feedback, and promotional event outcomes.Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for engaging customers.Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations.Ability to travel and maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends.Comfortable with basic social media tasks, specifically taking photos for content.Previous experience in marketing, sales or brand ambassador roles preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.High level of comfort with public speaking and presenting to small or large groups.Reliable transportation for traveling to various events locations.Passion for cannabis culture and education.Skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers, customers and event organizers.Active on social media and comfortable with digital marketing tools.Self-motivated, outgoing and personable.Physical Requirements

Ability to stand or be active for extended periods of time.May need to lift or transport materials up to 30 pounds.Compensation

$22/hr plus commission on sales made from assigned accounts.Product samples and other brand swag.Opportunity for career advancement in the cannabis industry.Schedule
