As our Senior Account Director, you will lead the agency relationship with our NYC-based client, and are responsible for building and managing teams, effectively executing campaign development and production, and driving overall account management.You will work closely with a team of Account Leadership (from AAE-SVP) dedicated to the account across multiple lines of business and will operate as client's daily contact on project status & requests, while coordinating cross-department and in some cases, cross-agency.You will report to our VP, Client Leadership.As part of your role, you will promote strategically and creatively thoughtful work, be a true partner to clients, show a passion for the brand and category, and navigate a matrixed organization and cross functional team.Responsibilities :You will act as a primary day-to-day client contact across several large-scale projects.You will manage our client relationship(s) daily.Lead teams through strategic development, creative ideation, production, and execution.Ability to anticipate project and/or client needs to always be one step ahead daily of what needs to be accomplished.Lead and oversee all account operations as it relates to the business of the agency.Identify client issues and work with our agency partners to provide solutions.Provide honest and valuable counsel to agency team.You will effectively collaborate with agency partners as an IAT leader.You will support and create applicable development plans for direct reports.You will inspire agency partner and client confidence and seek opportunities to promote our client relationship whenever possible.You have the ability to fuel agency culture and progress.You will pitch concepts and summarize results during multiple client meetings.Establish goals and objectives for internal teams to follow.Supervise staff and projects, motivating and mentoring staff to hit goals and produce successful materials for clients, as well as providing feedback.Qualifications

You have:Minimum 8 years related work experience in an agency setting.Bachelor's Degree.You have excellent project and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.Experience with creating client-facing presentations and decks.Ability to nurture and retain client and employee relationships.Experience working with financial data and budgets.Ability to work within a cross functional team (in person and remote).Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375 / year. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
