Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field5+ years of experience in campaign management or related marketing rolesProven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channelsExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-makingExperience with marketing automation tools and CRM systemsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts to stakeholders and senior managementStrong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressureDemonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to develop effective campaignsExperience in managing budgets and resourcesStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceResponsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive account-based marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectivesIdentify and prioritize target accounts, collaborating closely with sales teams to drive successful campaignsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of ABM campaignsUtilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the effectiveness of ABM initiatives, optimizing campaigns for maximum impactStay abreast of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovations to enhance ABM strategiesWork closely with marketing automation platform (Marketo), CRM tools, and other tools to execute and track campaignsDevelop personalized and compelling content strategies tailored to target accounts, maintaining alignment with brand guidelinesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve common goalsMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ABM campaigns, demonstrating measurable impact on revenue and business growthDevelop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Optimizely’s products and servicesCompany Information
