The Event Branding Design Senior Producer role oversees creative development and implementation of an event identity for product launch events. Our event scope includes a wide range of creative deliverables, including large-format printed graphics, digital assets, paid media and video assets. This person will work cross-functionally across the organization maintaining workflow, leading internal creative shares with leadership and is responsible for following production schedules.
DescriptionIn this role you will be responsible for overseeing the creative development of materials from inception to completion. You will help the creative team to understand the relevant product features, art direction and messaging, target audience and event format. As a senior producer, you are the main point of contact for the Event Identity work which requires you to work cross-functionally across Apple to ensure deliverables are well defined, on strategy and identify additional scope requests.
Responsibilities Include:
Initiating strategy, creative and cross-functional team kickoffs
Driving creative development against milestones and leading creative shares with stakeholders
Collaborating closely with Design, Interactive, Paid Media, Organic Social, Brand and Strategy to develop tune-in and communication plans
Sharing creative progress with production partners to ensure alignment and feasibility, including Print Production, Production Design, Motion Production and Video Production
On-time delivery of all final assets to partners, including Interactive, TV App, App Store, Advertising, Newsroom, Worldwide Events and others
Gathering materials and information for the Design team to ensure they are set-up for success in their creative explorations
Problem-solving for obstacles that create inefficiencies and recommend new ways of working
Supporting the managing producer during quarterly and project planning with forecasting for resources and scope
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years experience at an event or advertising agency, design firm, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department
Experience working with branding materials including both the creative development and production process for static and motion deliverables
Ability to drive workflows, creative shares and schedules across multiple partners and departments
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to prioritize work across supporting producer team
Establish rapport to drive results at all levels and across departments in a highly-matrixed organization
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Think critically and creatively to solve problems
Extremely detail oriented with extraordinary follow-through skills
Ability to cut through ambiguity to find the right path forward despite haziness or uncertainty
Approach problems flexibly and with a willingness to adapt in order to arrive at the best solution
Ability to see around corners to ensure awareness of bigger problems and opportunities ahead
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
