Our goal is to have our workforce reflect this same diversity at all levels.About the Group:Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) within Independent Risk Management is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Citi's Enterprise Risk Management Framework and for specific enterprise-level risk management programs and processes that span the organization, the lines of defense, and various risk categories.About the Team:Risk Data & Technology Transformation was formed with one purpose in mind: to build Risk Data & Technology solutions to deliver on our regulatory commitments. Our mission extends beyond solving our regulatory commitments; we want to transform data, process, and technology to achieve a generational shift in Risk Management practices.About the Role:This specific role will be part of the ERM data and technology. The Senior Business Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within their field and contributes to directional strategy. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business, requiring basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence, and convince others, particularly colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business.Responsibilities:Drive the overall strategic vision for ERM's financial and non-financial federated limits, thresholds, and breach management framework, policy, and procedures.Coordinate with business leads and senior pillar business leads to define requirements and drive adoption in a uniform manner.Meet with upper management and liaisons to define requirements and enhancements for CRO Dashboards and Attestation sign-offs.Lead cross-cutting meetings with key stakeholders, outlining takeaways and action items with appropriate follow-up.Gather and document business requirements.Develop individual project artifacts as necessary including Business Requirements Documentation (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documentation (FRDs), test planning and scenario documents for user acceptance testing (UAT), project plans as required for all key technical deliveries.Ability to baseline an existing enterprise software and develop a strategic vision for future quarters as well as a long-term BAU steady state.Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, coordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, support, testing, and development team members.Identify key project risks and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly.Operate independently on a day-to-day basis, using sound judgment to escalate as needed.Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.Qualifications:6 - 10+ years experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders.Prior work experience in an area related to analytics and/or strategy consulting.Ability to work in a team of diverse skill.Education:Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred.This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
