The role provides coaching and demonstrates thought leadership on Agile principles to the team.Facilitating Scrum Processes: Guide and facilitate all Scrum rituals, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Support the development team in achieving their sprint goals by removing any obstacles or impediments that they may face.Act as a coach and mentor to the team, ensuring they understand and adhere to Agile principles and practices.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their requirements and expectations are effectively communicated to the development team.Scrum Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to the Scrum process and practices.Facilitate Agile practices and frameworks beyond Scrum, such as Kanban or Lean, when appropriate.Financial forecasting, processing invoices, and mitigating variances and risks.Job Overview

Organizes and facilitates work planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint and release planning.Facilitates collaboration for both internal and external teams.Coaches team members and stakeholders in preparation for Scrum ceremonies and events.Uses the Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool to prepare and share team metrics and delivery results.Creates a product roadmap and maintains a well-refined backlog.Required Qualifications
High School Grad / GEDBachelor's or Equivalent ExperienceExperience: 4+ yearsPreferred Qualifications
Certifications: PMP, CSM, CSPO, PSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, SAFe SPC, or ITIL.Expertise working in technology/software development, with a focus on Agile methodologies.Employee Group:
