The Commercial Credit Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data and assessing creditworthiness of commercial clients. This role completes the underwriting of loan requests and extensions of credit to business clients of the Bank as well as financial analysis with customers in the loan portfolio.

This position requires working on site in our office in Raynham, MA.

Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Analyzes loan data and financial information on new, renewal and existing loans, including data provided by credit bureaus, other financial institutions and Bank files.Completes Credit Memo/Underwriting of requests for commercial credit, remote deposit capture, and ACH customers with the Bank.Prepares spreadsheets, reports, summaries and opinions for Bank Officers on new, renewal and existing loans.Assigns risk ratings to each borrower of the bank.Provides technical support to loan officers as needed.Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting.Two years of credit analysis experience or at least one year as a Jr. Commercial Credit Analyst.Good financial analytical abilities; detailed oriented.Good written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
