has an immediate need for an experienced
.NET Programmer (Software Developer II Mid-Level)
to work in
Hyattsville, Maryland.
As a .NET Programmer you will work closely on an Agile team with product owners, business analysts, developers, and other team members to design, code, iterate, test, and ultimately deliver technical solutions that exceed business requirements. This .NET developer position is a great match for a software developer with enterprise level experience with C#, ASP.Net and SQL Server development with 5 or more years of experience. Looking for a team player that can work with clients, communicate effectively, and demonstrate results in a complex environment.
Responsibilities:Apply experience and knowledge in systems analysis, design, development, quality assurance, and integration to develop high-quality technical solutions for C# and SQL Server-based applications that meet or exceed client goals, delivered on time and within budget.Ensure solutions align with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards.Work with large data sets within relational databases to help our client provide accurate, timely, and reliable data to their customers.Work closely on an Agile team with the scrum master, business analyst, and other development team members to review and coordinate system change requests.Manage multiple objectives to completion within bi-weekly sprints.Implement Quality Assurance and Testing methods to ensure accurate and reliable solutions.Assist in activities related to Data Modernization and Cloud Migration as required.Assist team members in development, collaboration, and conduct performance tuning/troubleshooting.Contribute and independently document system design.Provide complete documentation of processes and procedures.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related program.Five or more years of experience with C#, ASP.Net, ASP.NET WebForms, Net, and other .Net-related technologies using the Microsoft Visual IDE.Five or more years of experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS, creating and implementing stored procedures, query optimization, views, user-defined functions, and indexing.Experience with Enterprise Cloud migration using cloud services such as AD/Entra, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Synapse, Databricks, and Azure Analysis Services is preferred.Experience with quality assurance measures, including writing tests, unit testing, system testing, and regression testing.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Experience participating in an Agile team, collaborating, and sharing coding and test responsibilities.Experience within Public Health; supporting Epidemiologists, Statisticians, or Data Scientists is a strong plus.Experience with HL7 FHIR implementations is a plus.Experience with geocoding is a plus.Experience with ICD coding standards is a plus.Stable work history.Security & Benefits Requirements:
