About Us:
The Outpatient Therapy department services Waukesha county in 14 locations including clinics affiliated with Waukesha, Oconomowoc, and Mukwonago Memorial Hospitals. We employ 78 Physical Therapists. Clinical staff provides care for patients with musculoskeletal, neurologic, and medical diagnoses, seeing patient from infancy through late adulthood. Many specialty services are offered including Cancer Rehab, lymphedema therapy, Pelvic floor rehab, dry needling, vestibular therapy for dizziness, balance and falls, and sport rehab. They also provide specialty care to the pediatric population for complex medical, congenital, orthopedic and neurologic conditions, and sensory processing disorders.

As an administrative therapy specialist, you are responsible for greeting and providing exceptional customer service to the patients who receive therapy services at PHC locations. Responsible for the accurate scheduling, registering and entering data of patient information into the medical record system. Supports patient care delivery in the areas of scheduling, insurance verification, and support services. Ensure patients are fully ready to have successful interactions when they come in for a visit. Own provider schedule accuracy and, providing options, match patient needs to appointments. If you like to be challenged by learning new things, and want to apply those new ideas to better serve our patients, then this is the job for you!
What you will need:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Ability to proficiently use a computer and type.Experience working in one or more of the following areas:Healthcare Call Center Customer ServiceHealthcare with medical terminology knowledgeAt least 4 years in customer service in an office and/or banking environmentKnowledge of medical terminology preferred.
