As a Process Engineer you will manage and lead the process equipment scope development and specification of multiple small to medium sized capital/plant projects. You will also provide technical support and equipment technology expertise for Process Engineering issues to plants and projects. Technical influence and impact will be companywide.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

  • Drive technical solutions for Growth/Innovation and Supply Chain, through delivery of cost-effective, high-quality scope (FELs, Tech Briefs) and effective team collaboration.
  • Deliver project accountabilities through effective risk management, drive scope alignment, leverage technical expertise (SMEs, Platform Leads) and standard designs and specifications.
  • Influence and provides information on technical issues with plants and project teams.
  • Drive efficiencies, reliability and lower cost by advancing technologies and standard/specs for areas of expertise.
  • Mentor and coach other engineers to advance the overall technical capability of the group.
  • Gain and exercise expertise in people and food safety standards and principles.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field

    and

    4+ years related work experience.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to influence others
  • Travel up to 50%
