- Monitor customer payment terms and credit limits, supporting credit holds and releases through account analysis.
- Risk Analysis
- Assess customer ordering activity to identify and address potential credit issues proactively.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Handle lien waivers and customer notes for retainage to ensure proper documentation.
- Collections & Account Management
- Review weekly aging reports and follow up with customers to address outstanding balances.
- Issue Resolution
- Investigate and resolve past-due invoices to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (preferred)
- Excel Skills
- Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Attention to Detail
- Proven ability to manage and reconcile financial records with accuracy
