Join Associated Electric as the Manager of Gas Plant Operations and oversee the long-term operation of our gas generating assets. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency across multiple plant locations, while driving performance and leading a talented team of supervisors, O&M coordinators, and technicians.What You'll Do:Lead and inspire a team to maintain high standards in safety, reliability, and performanceManage operations, maintenance, budgets, and resources for our simple cycle power plantsEnsure compliance with environmental, safety, and NERC regulationsCollaborate across departments to set goals and maintain plant availability and reliabilityBe a key decision-maker, driving improvements and managing plant operationsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's in electrical/mechanical engineering or 8+ years of experience with combustion turbinesAt least 3 years of progressive leadership experienceStrong technical knowledge of power plant operations and maintenanceExceptional project management and communication skillsBring your leadership skills and technical expertise to a team where your work will truly make a difference!As an employer of choice and a certified Great Place to Work, Associated provides employees competitive compensation, 401k with an employer match, health, paid leave for family planning (including adoption), paid disability leave and other benefits.
